| Wow! Okay so I forgot about this place for a while, and then I tried to log back in, but I forgot my password!! lol
Well, I've kinda taken a break on my diet till after the wedding because I'm just to stressed and don't have time to count my Cals, but I'll be starting up again after the honeymoon.

| I will log my Calorie intake, expendature, and deficet everyday. I'm also going to blog about how I feel I did, and where I think I have improved, and also where I think I need to do better...also if I am in a crabby mood I will probably whine a bit too...
I will log my weight and measurements once a week, and also blog about how I feel about my progress, talk about where I think I need to improve, and where I think I have improved.
When/If I get subcribers I will try my best to comment on all posts.

| If you are Ana or Mia, or pro Ana/Mia I will not allow you to view my logs. I only want people who are trying to loose weight healthily, or who want to encourage safe healthy weight loss.
I don't want to be mean, but the pro Ana/Mia stuff really aggrivates me, you are only hurting yourselves and commiting a slow suicide. There is such a thing as too skinny.
